Terms and Conditions

1.Eligibility

Only purchases made online at diet-cookies.com are eligible for the Golden Star Bakery Rewards Program. By enrolling, you expressly agree to these program terms and conditions.

2.Enrollment

  • Customers may enroll in the Rewards Program by signing up at diet-cookies.com during checkout.
  • To unlock your personal referral link, you must complete at least one order on the website.
  • Without placing your first order, your referral link will not be activated.

3.Rewards & Loyalty Points — How It Works

1) Join (Free)

  • Create an account or log in.

  • You must be signed in to earn or redeem points.

2) Earn Points Automatically

  • $1 = 10 Points (order total must be at least $100 to earn).

  • Points are added when your order is marked “Completed.”

  • Extra ways to earn:

    • Add your birthday: +200 points

    • Write a product review: +50 points

    • Follow Us and Share Our Page on social media: +100 points per platform
      (Facebook & Instagram — maximum 3 shares counted per month)

Quick examples

  • $50 order → 500 points

  • $75 order → 750 points

  • $120 order → 1,200 points

  • $250 total spent → 2,500 points ✅ (unlocks a reward)

Returns/chargebacks/refunds will remove points from that order.

3) Hit 2,500 Points → Unlock a Reward

  • 2,500 points = $15 discount on a future purchase.

  • You’ll see this reward inside My Account → Loyalty Points → Redeem Points.

4) Redeem in One Click

  • Click REDEEM to generate your $15 coupon.

  • The coupon is saved to your account; apply it at checkout (look for “Have a coupon?”).

  • Single-use, cannot be combined with other coupons/vouchers/discount codes, and applies to full-priced items only.

5) Track Your Balance & History

  • See total points, earnings, and redemptions in My Account → Loyalty Points → My Points.

Simple Rules (TL;DR)

  • You must be signed in to earn points.

  • $1 = 10 points (on orders $100+).

  • Points post when the order is Completed.

  • 2,500 points = $15 discount reward.

  • Rewards: single-use, full-priced items only, not stackable, not valid on past orders.

  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • Points expire in 3 months from the date they are earned.

Referral Program (Step-by-Step Guide)

The Referral Program is designed to reward both you and your friend when they shop through your link.

How It Works

1. Get Your Referral Link

  • You must sign up and place at least one order on diet-cookies.com.

  • After your first order is completed, your personal referral link will appear automatically.

  • You’ll find it under:
    My Account → Refer a Friend

2. Share With Your Friends

  • Once your link is unlocked, you can share it anywhere — by email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or even directly via the invitation code.

  • Your friend does not need to sign up to use the link — they can order as a guest and still get the discount.

  • However, if your friend wants to earn points or refer others, they must sign up for the Rewards Program.

3. Your Friend’s Reward

  • When your friend uses your referral link and completes their first order($100), they’ll automatically get $10 off that order at checkout.

  • The discount appears immediately (no code needed).

4. Your Reward

  • After your friend’s first order is marked as Completed, you (the referrer) will automatically receive a $10 coupon.

  • This coupon will be saved under:
    My Account → Refer a Friend → Unused Refer a Friend Coupons

⚠️ Important Conditions (Don’t Skip!)

  • You must have at least one completed order to get your referral link.

  • Your friend must make their first order using your referral link to trigger the reward.

  • Referral coupons are for full-priced items only — they do not apply to sale or promotional products.

  • Referral and rewards are not valid on previously placed orders.

  • Each coupon is single-use and cannot be reused or combined with other codes.

  • Rewards have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.

  • If your referred order is cancelled or refunded, the referral coupon will also be revoked.

6. Communications

By enrolling in the Rewards Program, you agree that Golden Star Bakery may contact you with program updates, promotional offers, and marketing communications using the contact information you provide. We will not send promotional SMS messages unless you have expressly opted in.

7. Program Administration

Golden Star Bakery reserves the right to:

  • Establish and modify the number of points earned per dollar spent.
  • Adjust redemption thresholds and determine how and when points may be redeemed.
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time at its sole discretion.
  • Adjudicate any discrepancies or disputes regarding rewards or program terms, and you agree to abide by such decisions.

8. Limitations

  • Participation requires an active account at diet-cookies.com.
  • Golden Star Bakery may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable laws.
